Sign up for a free Burbank Pet Sitting account. This step is crucial because it’s the only way you can book services and later modify or update your bookings. In your secure client portal, you’ll provide key pet details, home access instructions, routines, and preferences. This is also where you will complete the next step.

2. Submit the Pet Care Agreement & Intake Form
Once your pet profile is complete, you’ll fill out the intake form, where you’ll upload your pet’s vaccination records and sign important liability and care agreements. This ensures we have all medical information and consent before we begin.
3. Schedule a Complimentary Meet-and-Greet
After your profile and intake form are completed, you can schedule a complimentary meet-and-greet. This personal visit allows us to meet you and your pet, review care instructions, and confirm expectations before services.
4. Enjoy Consistent, Professional Care
After your meet-and-greet, you can confidently book services, knowing your pet is in the hands of trusted, experienced professionals who know both your home and your pet’s unique needs.
