Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy Bookings may be canceled or modified up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled service start time for a full credit to your account. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable. For boarding, overnight care, and extended services (3+ consecutive days), we require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations to receive account credit. Late cancellations within this window are non-refundable. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged in full. All approved refunds are issued as account credit only, valid for future services.
