After encountering less-than-ideal experiences with pet sitters, it became crucial to build a service centered on the quality and consistency we’d want for our own pets. Burbank Pet Sitting is dedicated to providing personal, community-focused care, ensuring that every pet and their family feels valued and supported. Plus, as a local business, every dollar we earn stays within the Burbank community, reinforcing our commitment to the area."

Natalia Glady
Business Operations Assistant and Pet Care Specialist
Meet Natalia Glady, our Business Operations Assistant and Pet Care Professional. Born in Argentina and raised in Los Angeles, Natalia has built her life around animal care for more than a decade. She serves on the Board of Directors for Animal Tracks, a wildlife rescue nonprofit, and is the co-founder and Executive Director of Tales of the Paw, a dog and cat rescue focused on special-needs and medical cases.
Alongside her dog Wilson, Natalia has fostered more than 200 kittens and 50 puppies—work that inspired her to start her own rescue. She shares her home with several former foster pets, all of whom required significant medical care, a responsibility she personally managed before adopting them.
Sally Bayram
Pet Care Specialist
Sally Bayram is one of our trusted pet care providers at Burbank Pet Sitting. Originally from Lebanon, born in New Jersey, and raised in Saudi Arabia, she grew up surrounded by dogs and other pets, developing a deep comfort with and love for animals from an early age.
With over 12 years of experience as a dog walker and sitter, Sally has also helped raise and train puppies and kittens. She loves being outdoors and enjoys walks and hikes with dogs, making the most of Southern California’s great weather. Active, attentive, and genuinely caring, Sally takes pride in providing reliable, compassionate care for every pet she serves.
