Meet the team
As the founder and owner of Burbank Pet Sitting, I bring more than 20 years of hands-on experience in pet care, animal rescue, and fostering. My animal background includes work with a humane society and extensive experience caring for German Shepherds, bully breeds, and dogs with a wide range of temperaments, histories, and behavioral needs.
Before founding Burbank Pet Sitting, I built my professional career in education, leadership, and organizational development, including serving as a high school principal and earning a doctorate in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies. That experience shaped the high standards I bring to my work today, including professionalism, clear communication, reliability, accountability, and genuine care for the people and pets we serve.
I’m also committed to continuing my education in animal care and behavior. I’m certified in Pet CPR & First Aid and recently completed Duke University’s Dog Emotion and Cognition certificate, further expanding my understanding of canine behavior, communication, and how dogs experience the world.
I created Burbank Pet Sitting after experiencing firsthand how difficult it can be to find pet care that is truly dependable, consistent, and personal. I wanted to build the kind of service I would trust with my own pets—professional care from people you know and trust, with each pet’s physical safety and emotional well-being at the center of everything we do.
Today, I’m proud to lead a local team committed to providing thoughtful, individualized care and giving pet parents greater peace of mind when they can’t be there themselves.
Natalia Glady
director of community engagement & Marketing and Pet Care Specialist
Meet Natalia Glady, our Director of Community Engagement & Marketing and Pet Care Professional. Born in Argentina and raised in Los Angeles, Natalia has built her life around animal care for more than a decade. She serves on the Board of Directors for Animal Tracks, a wildlife rescue nonprofit, and is the co-founder and Executive Director of Tales of the Paw, a dog and cat rescue focused on special-needs and medical cases.
Alongside her dog Wilson, Natalia has fostered more than 200 kittens and 50 puppies—work that inspired her to start her own rescue. She shares her home with several former foster pets, all of whom required significant medical care, a responsibility she personally managed before adopting them.
Sally Bayram
Pet Care Specialist
Sally Bayram is one of our trusted pet care providers at Burbank Pet Sitting. Originally from Lebanon, born in New Jersey, and raised in Saudi Arabia, she grew up surrounded by dogs and other pets, developing a deep comfort with and love for animals from an early age.
With over 12 years of experience as a dog walker and sitter, Sally has also helped raise and train puppies and kittens. She loves being outdoors and enjoys walks and hikes with dogs, making the most of Southern California’s great weather. Active, attentive, and genuinely caring, Sally takes pride in providing reliable, compassionate care for every pet she serves.
