Rescheduling Clients may reschedule their appointment online up to 24 hours before the session start time. Rescheduling within 24 hours is not permitted, and a cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations You can cancel your session online up to 24 hours before the appointment. However, cancellation fees apply if canceled less than 24 hours before your session: Less than 24 hours = 50% of the session price Payment & Card Policy A card on file is required to secure your booking. No-show or late cancellation fees will be automatically charged based on the policy above.
