Service Description
Each boarding slot begins at 8am and covers a 24 hour period - regardless of the actual time you drop off and pickup. Please do not select the date that you will pick up, as that will add the cost for an additional 24 hours. In the comments of the booking leave your desired drop off and pickup times. Begin by booking the first date of boarding, add to cart and select "Add to My Bookings", a popup will give an option to "Book Now" or "Add More Visits". If the boarding is one night only you proceed. to book now, if not select "Add More Visits" and repeat the process for each 24 hour period - remember to not book the date of pickup. On the checkout page you may use the "Add Note" feature to include your drop off and pickup times. Feel free to email or text us with the dates and we can book it for you.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that plans can change. To help us provide the best possible service and accommodate all our clients, we’ve outlined our booking, cancellation, and rescheduling policies below: Booking Window Clients can book appointments between 1 day and 6 months in advance. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule their appointment online up to 24 hours before the session start time. Rescheduling within 24 hours is not permitted, and a cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations You can cancel your session online up to 24 hours before the appointment. However, cancellation fees apply if canceled less than 24 hours before your session: Less than 24 hours = 50% of the session price Payment & Card Policy A card on file is required to secure your booking. No-show or late cancellation fees will be automatically charged based on the policy above.
