Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that plans can change. To help us provide the best possible service and accommodate all our clients, we’ve outlined our booking, cancellation, and rescheduling policies below: Booking Window Clients can book appointments between 5 days and 6 months in advance. Same-week bookings (within 5 days) are not available to ensure proper planning and preparation. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule their appointment online up to 72 hours before the session start time. Rescheduling within 72 hours is not permitted, and a cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations You can cancel your session online up to 72 hours before the appointment. However, cancellation fees apply if canceled less than 7 days before your session: More than 1 week prior = $0 – Fully refundable 1 week to 72 hours prior = 50% of the session price Less than 72 hours = 100% of the session price Payment & Card Policy A card on file is required to secure your booking. No-show or late cancellation fees will be automatically charged based on the policy above.
